Our Shipping Policy
At Señor's Baguette, we are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read on for details about our shipping process and delivery times.
Processing and Shipping Times
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-7 business days of being placed. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Shipping Methods
We offer the following shipping methods:
- Standard shipping (domestic): 2-8 business days
- Standard shipping (international): 6-27 business days
Restrictions and Limitations
We are able to ship to most addresses within Australia and to most international destinations. Some countries may have restrictions or limitations on food items being imported into the country.
We cannot post to P.O. Boxes or Parcel Lockers.
Returns and Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your order or if there is a problem with your shipment, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will be happy to assist you. Please note that we are unable to accept returns for food items due to safety concerns unless damaged or faulty.
Additional Fees
If an item is returned back to our warehouse due to delivery issues on your end, you, as the recipient, may liable for return charges.
